Description:The faculties and students of CSD had Industry Visit to LTIMindtree - Immersive Aurora Lab. The primary objective of this visit was to provide students with hands-on exposure to the latest advancements in immersive technology at the Immersive Aurora Lab. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industrial applications in the field of UI/UX, design thinking, and immersive experiences.

Description:The faculties and students of CSD have successfully completed phase 2 of Farmer's assistance LRI card mobile application development to farmers of Karnataka State with Centre of Excellence form GKVK under the initiative of REWARD scheme funded by World Bank to GKVK.

University Collaboration Program with SIEMENS Healthineers: Enhancing Skills for the Health-Tech World

Description:The Dept of MD, Dept of CSD, Dept of EI and the Placement Cell at DSCE jointly conducted a University Collaboration Program titled "Skills for the Health-Tech World" in collaboration with the SIEMENS Healthineers Team. The SIEMENS Healthineers team included Mr. Karthik G, Senior Manager - Human Resources, Campus Program; Mr. Basheer Shaikh, Product Owner and Patent Manager; and Ms. Shruthi Gowda, Manager - Knowledge Management and Learning. A Webinar was organized by the department of Computer Science and Design (CSD) on 22nd January 2022 from 11.30am onwards. Dr. Suma V, HOD, CSD welcomed the speaker and the audience by providing an introduction about DSCE, the new branch, CSD and introduced the speaker to the audience.
