CIVIL DEPARTMENT
Invited Talk
Mr. Venkatesh, who is an expert and certified trainer in the field of CAD/CAM/CAE delivered the technical talk addressing the second and third year B.E Civil engineering students.
Facilities
Department has well equipped laboratories with UPS Support. Department has library of 120 sq feet containing around 1000+ books with seating capacity of 10.
Research
Science and Engineering Research Board has sanctioned Rs. 1,00,000/- for the conduction of Seminar Symposia on "Use of solar energy as a water pumping system for irrigation Purpose" and Indian Space Research Organisation has sanctioned Rs.50,000/- for conducting Seminar Symposia on "Role of GIS/GPS in integrated water resources management."
