    Program Specific Outcomes(PSO)

    • Graduates will be able
    • PSO 1: To apply the knowledge of basic sciences and fundamentals of engineering to conceptualise, design, model and manufacture automotive systems / processes.
    • PSO 2: To use the advanced engineering tools in design engine chassis and drive train system.
    • PSO 3: To lead professionally in an industrial environment by applying managerial skills toimprove performance and safety through proper maintenance of automobiles.

    • Graduates after 3 to 4 years shall:
    • PEO 1: Be able to apply the knowledge of basic sciences, engineering fundamentals to solve problems in challenging interdisciplinary automotive field.
    • PEO 2:Acquire the necessary managerial skills comprising of collaboration and innovations leading to participatory efforts to address commercial needs.
    • PEO 3: Exhibit the knowledge to function in professional way with ethical concerns to meet the requirements of the society.
    • PEO 4: Possess motivated approach in upgrading knowledge and skills through continual education and research to promote Entrepreneurship and Employability.

Engineering Conclave 2024

Engineering conclave-2024 was held on 13-07-2024 to review the syllabus of 4th year 2021 curriculum and 3rd year, 2022curriculum. The curriculum was presented to the industry expert Dr. Anand M Shivapuji, Senior Research scientist, Center for Sustainable technologies & Founder Director, Carbsorb Solutions Private Limited,Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

EcoDrive: Accelerating Sustainable Electric Mobility

Our students won 1st Prize with cash prize of Rs 20,000/- and 3rd prize with cash prize of Rs 5000/- in “One-day Workshop on “EcoDrive: Accelerating Sustainable Electric Mobility” Organized by INAE Bangalore Chapter and Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) held on 24 May 2024.

Engineering Conclave 2023

Engineering conclave-2023 was held on 24-06-23 in Automobile Engineering Department. The curriculum was presented to the industry expert Mr. Suhas B R, Technical lead, Vehicle crash Safety, Tata Technologies for his inputs.

Vishnu Athreya ,Prathamesh Jadhav, Vishwanath Aradhya, Shreyas Kumar- has secured 2nd position in SRISHTI-2022 Auto Expo project exhibition competition 2022 held at BMS college of Engg, Bangalore from 25-27th July 2022 for 4-speed epicyclic powertrain with electromagnetic clutch for electric-vehicle

Third position in SRISHTI-2022 Auto Expo project

Nithin R Vasisht, Sridhar Revankar, -Rock-E design of Electric vehicle power train has secured Third position in SRISHTI-2022 Auto Expo project exhibition competition 2022 held at BMS college of Engg, Bangalore from 25-27th July 2022

Rock-E Design of Electric Vehicle Power

Rock-E design of Electric vehicle power train project also was selected as Best project from DSCE from VTU.
